Karen has a breadth of experience in the technology services industry and currently serves as a non-executive director of BP plc, Exponent, Inc. and States Title. Karen served as a director of Worldpay from 2018 until July 2019. Prior to this, Karen was an independent non-executive director of Worldpay Group plc. Karen also served as a non-executive director at BT Plc from 2011-2018. Prior to her time at Worldpay and BT, Karen held a number of senior sales and marketing roles in technology companies, including her tenure as Chief Executive Officer at Epiphany Inc. between 2003 and 2006. Karen has also served as an advisor to Silver Lake Partners and has served on a number of private company boards, including i2 Holdings, Ayasdi, Hackerrank, Convercent, VirtuO2, Hi5 Networks and the advisory board of Proofpoint. Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and award distinctions from the Stanford Industrial Engineering Department and the American Institute of Industrial Engineers (AIIE).
